I could have been arrested last night if they could come into the bar and arrest people here. This program was completely stupid. Arresting people for what they might do. I was given a ride home safely last night, and if that didn't happen I would have taken a cab. I didn't even bring my car, so how can Texas undercover agents know who "might" drive home drunk?

Hmm, Kind of reminds me of "Minority Report".... arresting someone before they commit the crime....This goes a step further.... in throwing in a maybe. :icon_eek: :no:
