Looks interesting! There is a show on Netflix which I highly recommend (if you like Vikings)...
It is Last kingdom, a story about when the Vikings were invading England and pushed down to Wessex prior to getting pushed back.
Five thumbs way up, but the books are of course better than the show... But isn't that always the case?
At one of the worst moments in American history, I'll never forget about that story of the of the citizens of Gander taking in all of the American citizens and people from around the world who were grounded. One of the few things that gave me hope at that difficult time.Recently watched "Come From Away"....Highly recommend it.
Without giving much away, it's a filmed stage production of a Canadian musical by Irene Sankoff and David Hein was first produced at Sheridan College close to Toronto in 2013, and apparently broke records at the La Jolla Playhouse in 2015. It's based on the 38 flights and 7000 passengers that were diverted to Gander International Airport in Newfoundland on Sept. 11... Gander is a city of less than 10,000 people!
