They just fired up Chargers Cam ....... nothing real news worthy.

This is pretty much what the conversation was ......

Eisen: What's going on behind you, and does Marty select the music?

The guys are working really hard, pumping iron behind me. Good show with the DL and rookies.

Marty is quite good on music selection.

Things really good, guys working hard. Camp is focused. AFC West is the toughest division in football.

Eisen: How do you keep in shape?

I'm always in shape, I stay prepared. My offseason training is something I take very serious, so when I come into camp I'm ready to go.

Eisen: How can you improve this year?

There is always something I can improve on. Just being a smarter player, because the game is changing and guys get better. Then be consistent, and know what you're going to get.

The more film you study, the better you see how teams play

Eisen: How is Philip Rivers looking?

Really impressive to me. We tend to forget it's his third year, and he learned from Drew Brees. Now Philip is in the starting role and knows the offense and the guys around him. He's way ahead of where he should be right now.

Philip is a natural leader. Gets along with all the guys, commands attention in the huddle. The way he was raised, he's been a QB a long time, and he's a natural leader

Eisen: For the fantasy players, how many TD's will you score this year?

Hopefully I'll score more than 20 TD's this year. More than last year.
