This is a sampling of the Algebra test I took yesterday-
2x^2+ 3x-5=0
This quadratic equation must be solved by factoring.
My solution follows:
2x^2-2x+5x-5=0
2x(x-)+5(x-1)=0
(x-1)(2x+5)=0
x-1=0 or 2x+5=0
x=1 or 2x=-5
x=-5/2
So, CCG, Thumper, Trumpie, anya y'all math gurus, tell me if I did wrong!!
