Damn now I miss that era of Conan O'brien. That was the last peak of late night comedy perfection. Now we get 3 copycats and a sellout original aiming for syndication over substance for any mainstream art form.

I'm reminded of the line from Dazed and Confused about the decades being awesome or lame and the then portrayed late 70s and the 80s being assured to be awesome (imo they were) and it feels like 2020 is the same situation. I know it's still early in the decade, but it sure feels like the 30s are gonna be rad.
