Love it. There is no strike zone. Never was. It's only a recommendation. Batters and pitchers should realize their hit zone/strike zone analytics are make believe. I've seen pitches straight down the middle, waist high called balls. Again, no strike zone ...no ball zone.
Swing when you think you can. Don't work the count. It does not exist.

I don't know......Pham seems to do pretty well and has it figured out....Maybe he just visualizes it as a "Lap Dance Zone". He's onto something he thinks. He's thinking of opening a batting camp for kids, called Tommy Pham's LDZ Batting Camp for Kids. MLB is all on board at first glance, if it's for kids it must be good eh???? Think about it, the LDZ is constantly shifting and changing.....but if you keep your eyes on center of the strike zone (or the e zone) you have a better chance of making contact. And if you pay more up front, you get the zone any way you want it. Win-Win. Kids will love it. Making future stars at the Tommy Pham LDZ Batting Camp for Kids. (Walt is so sure it's a money cash cow he's a majority partner in the endeavor. Fantasy Baseball at it's finest. No there is no excuse for excessive violence like that......it's really not acceptable any way you cut it. But they DO discuss boundaries beforehand and it sounded like she wanted to be choked and brutalized.....she likes the hardcore stuff apparently.......that often gets out of control and ends in disaster in some cases. No matter how you cut it a really bad look for MLB that this is a so-called ambassador for the Padres Pad Squad (lol) trying to put her 'hooks' in as many players as she can and bragging about it and specifially targeting Bauer. Both look like total fools and unreliable witnesses.

nah I doubt it has LONG TERM effects for Jr. But come on, he's an adult, a big boy....he knows the score....he's not an innocent adolescent (not that THAT age group are innocent anymore). It just shows poor judgement on his part....hopefully he learns from what happened to a high profile pitcher that he should avoid that shit at all costs because if he's involved again it WILL end up harming his career and reputation. Already eyebrows are raised and there will be close srutiny. Too bad. Sad to hear it. And the Padres should disband that stupid Pad Squad STAT....what a joke. Ambassadors LMAO Jeebus H. through Championships and losing seasons, year after year, decade after decade,
to paying taxes to improve Stadiums, to designing public transportation, to feeling their
Autumn Wind to Mustache their Rollie Fingers.

yup,,,,,,,really feel bad for Oakland. Remember way back when there was a Oakland/San Diego rivalry? Seems like eons ago. Thanks NFL for ruining historic rivalries and abandoning storied fanbases and sportstowns. All for greed. RIP J.R. Richard. The most intimidating pitcher I’ve ever seen, even more than Randy Johnson. I once sat about six rows behind the visiting dugout at San Diego Stadium and J.R. was on the mound. So I was up real close and it was freaking scary the powerful stuff he had. Too bad his career was cut short.
