I hate non contact injuries as they usually are the worst ones. The way Shaun came off that block looked really awkward. The initial sideline report said calf injury, which worries me because I have seen achilles injuries initially diagnosed that way. I hope I'm wrong, but the initial prognosis has me thinking the worst, especially the "will not return" part.

Shaun's game relies on that amazing first step. I don't want to sound doom and gloom, but this could really throw a wrench into any Super Bowl plans if it's his achilles...

I hope he heals fast and is ready to go next week against the Rams.

I dunno, but fukk, losing 2 VERY important pieces of out front 7 hurts BIG TIME.
Three if you count Foley...

I am REALLY concerned about this injury, I hope I am wrong but I have a feeling that Shauny is going to be out for quite awhile...

Losing Igor hurt big time. Having Phillips in there in the second half would've made the difference IMO. The dude is a pressure machine.
I agree. We need to make a comitment to protecting the ball and the run.

I think so too...I would have never rushed for 130 yards with Phillips in there...
