They finally mentioned the Chargers D. They give up 28 yards passing and all Jim Moran can talk about is Minnesota's D. Prop to Minnie's D for playing tough, but the Chargers D was outstanding with the exception of one long run by AP. Takeo and Sanders were everywhere on run D.
Man, without that run, they had barely over 100 yards offence

Hahahaha Greg Hardy just fucking leapt like 5 yards at Kevin Kolb to force an incompletion. That looked hilarious.

Ugly ******* win.
Not really THAT ugly. We had over 400 yards offense and gave up less than 150 yards on defense. If not for Kaeding's injury and a couple of rare miscues by Gates and Jackson that cost us touchdowns, this game would have been a route even with the opening kickoff TD.

This is a game the Bolts would have lost a year ago. But they showed their poise and came back for the victory.

On the other hand....Mora kills me. Glad FOX has to deal with his moronic commentary.

A day of surprises.

Kick-off run back for a TD (gah!).
Our Defense was MUCH better than I expected.
Our Offense struggled, PR included.

Not so surprising - SciFi and Yogi are fucking STUDS. Love them. McNabb is still overrated and FOX's tv announcers are a joke.

Next week is a big one. I know Nate and Castillo don't have many fans around here but it was hard to see them both go down. Especially Luis, I can't stand to see someone in such pain. I really hope we get both of them back soon but I wouldn't be shocked if they were both out for a good amount of time if not the season.

From the very little I was able to see of the game, it sounds like the defense came through big in the second half. Let's just hope the offense (River's) keep giving the ball away.

Good adjustments at halftime.

I especially love it when Syd comes in & posts a reality-based comment. :)
