I just heard the Chargers called the best team in the NFL by a local sports cast guy.

my top 5
Chicago
San Diego
Denver
Indianapolis
and NEW ORLEANS!!! lol

Indy actually barely makes it, they dont smash the teams they should be smashing, without Edge and NO RUSHING D, they wont go anywhere in the playoffs, theres no team id rather meet more in the playoffs right now than INDY.:icon_banana:

1.Chicago (they r playing some special football right now)
2.Denver (sorry, got to knock them off before we r the best team in the AFC West)
3.BOLTZ (I have been pimpin the D since before the start of the season but the 2 teams above us have proven they can win based on their D and very little offense - I want some proof from our D :bolt: )
4.Pats (U can never count them out)
5.Seahawks (Once they get Shaun - they will be scary. Great D, Great balanced offense)

I agree. I think Denver is vastly overrated. Their defense is not as good as people think. They give up well over 300 yards a game (1t2h the league before Sunday). The bend but don't break will eventually break. It is simply a matter of time before the scoring flood gates open on them and then they won't have any offense to play catch up and real the Jake Plummer, not the mystery man of last year, will start with the picks.

1. Chicago
2. Philadelphia
3. New England (Brady is Brady, a winner)
4. San Diego
5. Seattle

Ok, Philly lost today so we know there not unstopable at 4-2
NE, is the real deal one week, then a stinker the next (to inconsistent, inconsistent)
Seattle is good!

Im glade to see you dont have Indy, they dont havent showed the defense yet. Or the running game.

Barring any bias, Chargers should be 2 or 3 on the next powerpolls.:icon_toast:

Pats will expose the Colts once again. Colts have no run D and no real running game. Panthers???? Seahawks - they are going to be a very dangerous team once they have alexander back. They are on pace for 50 sacks and the passing offense is deadly...

1. Chicago 5-0
2. San Diego 4-1
3. Indianapolis 5-0
4. New Orleans 5-1.
5. Carolina Panthers 4-2

The Saints deserve to be there. They've beaten a couple tough teams and their o-line and defense are better than a lot of people (including me) thought they would be. Brees has made a huge difference for them. Their one loss was a 3-pointer @ Carolina. And speaking of Carolina, the Panthers are a different team with Steve Smith in the game and they showed why yesterday.

Denver doesn't make my top-5 until they prove they can do something on offense. I don't like one-dimensional teams and I don't like teams with no QB.

Chicago showed the difference between a GREAT D and a very very good D...

Yes. Great D's cause turnovers and score when necessary at times when the offense is struggling.

Our D is quickly becoming a great D as we are creating turnovers this year and shutting down teams in the second half.
