I know Wiley's not too popular around these parts, i'm not too fond of him myself, but he has some interesting things to say on the subject.

I have to admit...Marcellus found a new spin on the conversation I hadn't thought of. So if Jason Taylor wins the DPOY award due, in part, to his moral politicking, is he going to feel great about himself knowing that he isn't really the best defensive player in the NFL, but he won it because Shawne screwed up?

I still think Shawne should punch him at the pro bowl.

JT's little mud slinging might actually backfire on him. This casts him as a whiny little biatch.

As a person who is up for consideration, he has no place whatsoever to say anything about someone else he is in competition with for the award.

Wiley... still the self-proclaimed, all-knowing windbag he was when he was a Charger. Why would he think most guys are gonna side with Taylor? The majority of them voted Merriman into the Pro Bowl, as did the fans and coaches.
