Before all of you jump off the bandwagon and lynch Turner, think for a minute. Looking at the impasse between the coach and the GM in the recent history, the dyfunctional atmosphere won't be in the near future. The players should have less distraction (assuming Marty didn't prepare them enough for the big game), and able to focus on the field more.

I will try to paraphase a Chinese general's remark on cohesiveness:

When a thousand men have the same focus, then you have a thousand,
When ten thousand men have different goals, then you couldn't even use one,
When the top leaders are together, then the attention won't divide,
When the attention is one-minded, then orders will be carried out correctly,
When the orders are obeyed, then the hearts will be unifed.

The ball is on AJ's court now. Win or lose this coming season, the credit will all go to AJ.
