We shouldn't need Igor and Shaun this week. Keep them on the bench and let them get closer to 100% for the Cincy and Denver matchups.

Neither one of them practiced yesterday. If they don't practice today, they will both be out. My bet is that they will both miss the game.

I was hoping they would play this week to get back into the groove of things. Guess the bungles are the ones whos going to suffer.

With Phillips and Igor out for Sunday's game, all it means is that the Browns will score 17 points instead of 10.

We're still good for about 35.
How much more damage can we afford on defense though? Our two sack leaders, and a cornerstone to our 3-4 defense.

Im a little more nervous now then I was a week ago, Droghnes and Frye arnt horrid, they could score as many as 20 on us with our porous pass defense.

You think the Browns' defense can stop us?

Even if the game is a relative shootout, who do you take in such a game?

The Chargers of course.

Whether it's San Diego 35, Browns 17, or San Diego 42, Browns 31, the end result is the same: Victory for San Diego.

The SDUT article from this morning said Igor was expected to play, but that Shawne did not practice and was a "game-time decision." If you don't practice on Wednesday or Thursday, you rarely play on Sunday. So I expect Phillips to sit.

ah, ok then.

One of the sad things about the internet is that you can't really judge a person's intent sometimes due to lack of tone of voice and demeanor when something is being said.

I apologize for taking your response a bit too seriously.

Olshansky practices, good to go on Sunday

Associated Press
National Football League News Wire

SAN DIEGO -- The San Diego Chargers got some good news
Friday when defensive end Igor Olshansky was able to finish
practice.

Olshansky, one of the top run-stuffers on the NFL's No. 2-ranked
defense, has missed the past two games because of a knee injury.

The third-year pro reported no substantial swelling in the
surgically repaired knee on Friday and was allowed to work. He went
through all the drills and is expected to play Sunday when the
Chargers host Cleveland.

"It looks like he'll go," coach Marty Schottenheimer said.

Shawne isn't allowed to practice, and being suspended there is no game-time decision to make. We will miss him for the next four games. :icon_sad:

I get those two asssholes names backward myself. :icon_mrgreen:
I don't have a problem keeping them straight. But if AJ ever signs Chone Figgins, then all bets are off.
