Hell Week - Chargers Vs. Raiders

Now that the pre-season is finally over with a 2-2 record, Bolts fans can start licking their chops over the season opener in the Black Hole against our arch nemesis - the Raiders.

The Week of the Raiders game is always known as Hell Week for the younger Chargers fans.

This got started when we lost to the Raiders back in 1978 on a play known as "The Holy Roller" and subsequently, the NFL changed the rules to reflect the fact the Raiders "cheated" and won the game and that a ball could not be advanced forward by fumble in the last two minutes of the game.

Ever since then, the Raiders stench of that day has never been forgotten. We owe these bastards big time so just because we have dominated their sorry asses as of recently, do not let your foot up from the throat.

Enjoy and relish the payback and never ever get tired of it or say "I hate the Chiefs more"...No no no no no no !!!!

Never forget the WAR CRY ~~~

THE RAIDERS SUCK !!!

Did anyone else see Walter's Pop Warner move at QB the other night? He scrambled to the left, and, without looking, he turned his back to the play and turned all the way to the right as a defender smacked him to the turf. That's just a totally boneheaded play, you have to know there's going to be a D lineman in pursuit. The only reason Walter didn't fumble was that the Lineman impaled him on the ball.

I wonder who boltergeists is? ?
Probably the same name over there I would imagine.

Some people like to play games with multiple sign-ons but I would rather someone know it was me calling them a dick than an alias.

Raiders | Team trades Gabriel to New England
Sat, 2 Sep 2006 12:47:10 -0700

Jerry McDonald, of ANG Newspapers, reports the Oakland Raiders have traded WR Doug Gabriel to the New England Patriots. The compensation for Gabriel has not been announced yet. Gabriel's departure would seem to leave the door open for WR Jerry Porter, who has requested a trade, to move back into the starting lineup.
