Interesting that Gaylord is building a 1.35 billion hotel and convention center next to it.

Possibly. They may put an arena there instead, it seemed vague what that spot is supposed to be. The Midway proposal is fraught with issues, mainly the already congested traffic, they’d probably love to just make it all condos.
Did Spanos make good decision ever?
No stadium, no fan base, could of had a casino-backed megastructure, in SD or elsewhere...but not in his baby boys desired LA.
The League keeps trying to help but it's a terrible franchise.
ps. Hopefully, the starters are better than the crew against New Orleans, last preseason game. They looked terrible. Chase Daniels? Oh, yeah.
