Titans get free $500 million fron Tenn. Legislature for new Stadium.
"Private contribution" might only be about $700 million.

How frickin' stupid is Spanos and spawn to manage a no fanbase, a $650 million
moving fee, a partner who hates you and still not get a Stadium?

What a joke. Move to Utah, Deano. Lesser relocation fee.

Spanni would go with Mormon Country. They're an exciting lot.

I think recent news has proven, that new stadiums can be built with public assisted funds.
It just that Spanos and his ilk could not do it and blamed the city, the fans, all the time begging the League for help like a huge baby. Hell, Stan could built another Stadium in LA before Deano could get a picnic table.

everyone wants a new stadium
yeah I think the # was something like every 20 years a new or renovated stadium would have to be built . NFL sucks. They need to build their own effing stadiums with their own effing money they are so wealthy. Instead they choose to hold cities hostage that are struggling with budgets to pay up, and threaten to leave. They can go to hell for what they allowed the deadbeat spanos to do to SD.......go rent where his team isn't even wanted and be a parasite on the rest of the league. Is there any city in the USA where spanos would be welcomed???? He is universally despised from what I can tell.

They fall for it because fans would revolt in most places if they didn't.
i say, people are stupid. Take KC...let's not built it in KC proper....let's build it in the suburbs... let's not even call it Arrowhead II ....or Son of Arrowhead....we instead can make millions calling it the Google Android Dome...and we can will make it bigger than the older one and have less seats. And those seats will be more expensive. And we need $900 million dollars of tax money or public incentives or partnership ventures.

And the yokels can call it their team.

in truth, it's closer to Google's team.

Every year. Like weeds. One critic gave your Chuggers an "A" for draft and then the classic: "He’s a 10-year starter with Pro Bowl potential."

Anyone who can name a Chugger lineman over four years, fine for you.

ps. I think everyone has Pro Bowl potential. Making the Pro Bowl....
Yeah, that's an achievement.

What's the name of the next overhyped lineman they took? I am proud to say I did not see one minute of the draft in fact didn't even realize it was on last night. Eff them and the horse they rode in on , or the horses ass they came out of lol.

Zion Johnson from Boston College. Folks thought Dallas would take him at 24
as he was ranked 24th and they drafted at 24.

I watched the Georgia/Alabama game and concluded that if I had a first round pick, I would take anyone of these guys. They were that much better than any other player in college football. I could saved a team millions of dollars in scouting for the draft.

i think half of the picks in the first round were from those 2 schools.

Verrett was drafted by the Chargers and although repeated injuries derailed his career, he was a stud when healthy and generally well-liked by Chargers fans. I wish him nothing but the best.

The dumpster fire in LA just turned up a notch:

I especially love the part where the guy who was too cheap to build his own stadium or even hire a real doctor for his team diverted $60 million to buy himself an airplane.

ha ha,,,,,,misogynistic behaviour.....that oughta help the NFL's image........Dean turning into a Daniel Snyder as a thorn in the NFL's side. LMFAO. All the dumb bastard had to do was stop ejaculating all over himself and stay in SD LOLOLOLOLOL. We are so lucky he is a completely inept businessman and owner, and made the disastrous decision to move to LA.....we no longer have that embarrassing little prick fucking over SD and staining our image. Eff him I hope he has a heart attack because Dea keeps him in court forever. KICK HIS ASS DEA. Team should be sold soon is my guess. Little Jeannie Buss and Dea Spanos tag teaming Dean and piledriving him onto the cement floor around the ring lolololol.

Berberian contends that the Spanos family trust and subtrusts are all but insolvent, that Spanos' decision to move the Chargers to Los Angeles has proved financially ruinous and that the family has no option but to sell the team to satisfy the trust's debt obligations, which she says are currently in excess of $358 million.

The lawsuit also lists multiple allegations of "breaches of fiduciary duty" by Dean Spanos, who is accused of diverting $105 million from the trust to various debts. Spanos also allegedly manipulated the trust to borrow over $60 million "for the wasteful purchase of an airplane for Dean's and Michael's use that has no legitimate business justification."

Reminds of Steve Martin's new book he was promoting,
"HOW I TURNED ONE MILLION DOLLARS OF REAL ESTATE
INTO $25 DOLLARS CASH!"

He can't last long in a crowd of multi-billionaires. Might try and sell to some corporate entry and keep "ownership", but I think the big players want him out. If you don't get them a new stadium and greater revenues, you're worthless to them.

Sell, take what you can, you forever loser, and return the
name, colors, and history to San Diego for a proper and respectful funeral.

Berberian sounds tough as nails.....hope she cleans up on the 3 stooges......that would be absolute perfect karma....and I hope they make sure it gets publicity and keep it on the front burner of the sports media ......ruining the idiot Dean, his brother Michael and the 2 moronic sons...reveal the truth as to what assholes those folks are and how they screwed over SD and would have been fine if they'd only stayed......LMFAO at this .....it's so prefect. LA should love watching the downfall of those greedy bastards. Maybe they should name Fabiani for abdicating his fiduciary duty to Dean LOLOLOL.....total clusterfck. Typical....how did we know this was going to be the result of him moving???? No brainer to predict that idiot would crach and burn at some point. :D :roflmao:

I can see the chargers going up for bid auction style like broncos did.

Same situation just different names.
