More possessions=more commercials.

More possessions=more gambling.

Don’t be fooled.
Add teams to the “Tournament”, The regular season means nothing.

Add more time, more scoring means more meaningless results. More “fairness” = more money.

Fair? NFL promotes, creates and bends rules (time run offs, defensive penalties, lack of timeouts) so Team A can win in last 30 seconds of the game. Then suddenly they want multiple possessions, probably greater referee flexibilty to get more scoring.

Yes, it's just a sell out for more money, more commercials, more fake drama.

—-
Here's what's next. QB Mahomes and Chiefs control the ball for the last 7:24 of regulation, kicking a field goal to win over QB Allen and Bills. Bills eliminated from playoffs.
(Change names and QBs for NFC week 18 game.). Now we need to make sure team Buffalo or Team Rams, has another change, maybe two out three 50+ yard field goals. Why not?

I expect Gambling to develop Overtime rules to:
1. Keep to kept the won cash from the regulation game.
2. To increase cash flow from overtime potential
“Secondary contest”.
3. I planning a $100,000 winning post on Gameday thread.
You could win. Or you could sue me for $200,000.
My defense? You click the box of Chargers are SB
Contenders. My lawyer says, we 're good.

I'm surprised the NFLPA would be good with that rule change. By time regulation is over players are dead tired, especially in the playoffs. Add in more time on the field (50% of games decided after first possession) and that is more injury possibility to each player. NFL: "who cares about players health? It's the money that's the most important thing, CTE is fake news compared with TV ad revenue and gambling revenue"

You want ugly? Pretend they (as I noted above) wanted "everybody" to have a shot at the playoff$. Your lRaiders-Chuggers game was almost a tie game. If tied, ironically, both teams would have made the playoffs. But say, teams are the Rams and the Bucs.
Game ends in tie. Neither team goes to playoff$. Or Rams are not in playoff picture but the Bucs are. Rams tie game on a last minute weird field goal. No Brady, no Bucs.

Let's invent some Playoff Team Qualifiers for the last two weeks of the
"Regular Season."

So glad I'm only watching this train wreck as a outside observer rather than a blindly for team on board fanatic.

Eat.

I hope I used that right if not I have the song to back me up.

Here's problem, Chugger fans out in Encino.
Watson gets guaranteed money of $230 million.
Previously high was $150 million for Aaron Rodgers. Now, like Joe Burrows, Herbert is coming into year three of a five year rookie contract. But the new Watson
wave effect is this...the NFL requires owners to put the guaranteed future money into an escrow account. Thus, Browns have to put thr money of $184 million into an escrow.
Deano does not have that kinda money and Herbert would be stupid to sign 'an old fashion' type contract vs thenew guaranteed money. Every agent will want it. Probably it's what is holding up the Lamarr Jackson extension.

yeah we'll find out how badly pervert wanted to be a chugger,,,,,,,,,probably turns out not all that badly when he finds out what a cheap bastard spanos is compared with other owners in the league.

Testiclescope: "you know Justin we've been watching you carefully for 4 years and realized you have great potential to convert to tight end"

Whoa that is one manipulative way to force without forcing oppression/ownership of a human being. Honestly before looking at that link I was gonna assume the number for top 5 QB has gotten crazy and use a Rivers phrase and jus say "holy smokes" but damn if that isn't a contract imo that works more for Cleveland than Burrow.

Also 46 mil per year for the last 3 years is the signing bonus divided equally? Or is the bonus paid out in the first year?

Watson’s contract comes with a pretty straight forward deal.

Signing bonus: $44.965 million, spread out over the length of the five year deal, averaging $8.993 million each season.

2022 base salary: $1.035 million, fully guaranteed.

2023 base salary: $46 million, fully guaranteed.

2024 base salary: $46 million, fully guaranteed.

2025 base salary: $46 million, fully guaranteed

Perfect day for Gilly to Come Home.

Ps. Some old time real football included. That was a nice game. Defenseless receiver....WTF?

Ha ha,,,,that is so classic.......the one and only GC.......had me on the floor.....as he always did. That was him in his prime too. Loved his take on football and the difference with baseball. Thanks for that. Yup football is war. Cancel it....well, on the other hand just cancel spanos....he's a dickhead and has declared war on the city of SD and it's fine citizens.....he's like putin attempting to eliminate ukraine.....subsitute spanos for putin and SD for ukraine.......Albertos will be serving borscht with garlic fritters and potato pancakes, no more burritos.

I understand Lead candidate for $4.5 billion dollar buying of the Broncos,
new owner candidate is Rob Walton.

The Waltons...

Jim Walton, $66.9 billion
Alice Walton, $66 billion
I'll wager the entire Federal income paid by all them fine folks,
wouldn't get you a Geno Smith back up,
Practice squad, forced to have one quarterback.

I think the Broncos might sell for 250% more that Deano's entire “worth”.
And that's not counting the debts he's avoiding.

Stan kroenke is married to a walton. Walton’s own Walmart. Interesting move.
