“we must get back to winning.”
2017-2021

That's classic Spanos football achievement.

There is actually something good that has come out from all the
crappy football Chugger football “crowds” from Deano and the Twins.

Now with Big Ben retiring let's look back at 2004 from article date 2017.
First, ler me say Peyton and Eli's dad, Archie, was 100% right. If not for Rivers being so old school and loyal, he well could have achieved a Ring. But never with Spanni. If Herbert thinks he any good---demand a trade, pull an Antonio Brown, claim too many coaches wanna change you, whatever.

-----------
In terms of success, Roethlisberger leads all four with 136 wins, 67 losses (.670), followed by Eli Manning with 116 wins, 95 losses (.550), and Rivers at 101 and 84 (.546). Matt Schaub is at 48 and 46 (.511), and J.P. Losman went 10-23.

Roethlisberger leads all four with 3 Super Bowl victories, followed by Eli Manning with 2, and Rivers and Losman with 0. It’s hard to blame Rivers for the lack of Super Bowl rings, as ownership of his team is completely incompetent, and blew any and all chances at making a deep run.

if the loss to the raiders doesn’t wake Herbert up the incompetence then nothing will.

Los Angeles Chargers' Tom Telesco 'focused on 2022,' not thinking about job security

https://www.espn.com/nfl/story/_/id...elesco-focused-2022-not-thinking-job-security

"I don't think a lot about job security," Telesco said during his season-ending news conference Thursday. "I think that there's a lot there to be proud of with this football team and how they play. I understand that people want results right now, and they should have results right now, but this team is different than the team a couple of years ago. I'm just focused on 2021 and then getting better for 2022."

If Rodgers goes to the Raiders or the newest owner of the Broncos,
Chuggers' Telescope can say, "Well...we have a lot of challenges ahead."

I had not thought of the Raiders for Rodgers. I'd love that. Hope it happens. That makes more sense to me than him going to Denver. But my conern as I said in another post, is if the Niners come up short this year they might try to get Rodgers for a couple of years to put them over the top and out of reach of any other team.

"I understand people want results this decade...but this team is different...I mean we moved the bolt on the uniform up about three inches...we add two Letters to our Sweatshirts....we got a Herbie...we stopped wasting fourth downs on "switching the field." We almost got a player with ten sacks. We're deep into the Spanni System.
Coach Staley is a McCoy genius and a Lynn Leader. Wins and losses--are not real data. "

If they get a coach to Rodgers’ liking he could become a Raider. They could ship Carr to the Broncos.
Also depends on the GM they get to replace Maycock. New coach, new GM.....they should search for the folks that can make Rodgers believe they are going to do whatever it takes to win now. Otherwise unlikely he will go there and flounder for a couple more years.

Great article on Rodgers and what might happen. He definitely doesn't want to be part of a rebuild and a key factor is the Pack are 44M over the cap and if Rodgers were given an extension that would mean some key players have to leave like Adams. Rodgers would not stay there if they unload and 'rebuild'. He's going to discuss with Gutenkunst and sounds like they Pack want him back if possible.

Has the NFL received any relocation fee yet? I would think that would be more news worthy than who hired who's OC coach for the third time. Spanos and his twins are simply financial wood stumps.
Rumor has it Johnnie Boy has multiple copies of
Antonio Brown's Turn Down the Chef booklet.
Waiting for the rap song.

Very costly fumble by the Rams. I've suffered through too many SysTom playoff games not to think that's the play that starts their inevitable meltdown.
