NFL.com player page - David Binn

It says he has played in 191 games for San Diego.

Chargers 40th Anniversary Team Mini Bios

T Russ Washington 1968-82
Five-time Pro Bowl Selection (1975-76 & 1978-80), Chargers all-time leader with 200 career games played.
Junior Seau NFL.com player page

Seau has played in 230 games, 30 with the Dolphins and 200 with San Diego.

I know he has to make the team and play in each game, but David Binn can break Russ Washington and Junior Seau's games played record in Week 11 (10th game due to the bye) at Denver.

This is truely a milestone.

When I saw a tape of Binn sinking half court baskets with a football-wow.

He is the best long snapper this team has ever had bar none.

I wondering if he is still porking Pam Anderson ?

Let's hope he does it. He deserves it for being so consistent all these years.

I can't remember the last time he had a bad snap.
He had one bad snap in 2004, but I forget the game.

I don't think he had a bad one in '05.

Seriously, if you don't care about the glory and just want to be in the NFL, being a long snapper is not bad. Especially one in a great area like SD, with quite a few years under your belt as a vet where your minimum pay allows you to have a good life.

Raise your kids to be long snappers I say.

Binn to tie Wilkerson

David Binn will be playing in his 195th career game Sunday, allowing him to tie Doug Wilkerson (1971-1984) for the second-most games played in team history. Binn needs to play in six more games to tie the team record for games played (200), which is shared by Junior Seau (1990-2002) and Russ Washington (1968-1982). Assuming he plays in every game this season, he will tie that mark when the Bolts face the Bengals in Cincinnati on Nov. 12.

Its less impressive for a long snapper than a T or LB IMO.

Agree...its a cheap way to get a record. Im not impressed but the guy is making way more than me to snap a ball around 5 times a week.

It's impressive for every football player to reach 200 games,
so I congratulate David Binn for 195 and second in team history.
But statistic should show how many single plays he got involved
then a long snapper won't have such big numbers.
