Dallas Cowboys safety Keith Davis is in stable condition at a Dallas hospital after being shot twice Sunday morning, the Dallas Morning News reported.
Davis' injuries are not considered life-threatening, the newspaper reported.
Davis, 27, was driving along a Dallas highway at about 5 a.m. Sunday when a car with tinted windows pulled alongside his car, and someone shot at him several times, police said, the newspaper reported.
