Speaking of shitholes....California is turning into one as a whole. People are leaving in droves. We are looking. The amazing thing is that so many are leaving to places like NV, AZ, TX , FL , ID etc etc.....the prices in those desirable cities/locales are now as high or higher than CA real estate....that is how many people decided to get the hell out of here over the last couple of years. Covid was partly responsible and folks especially from the Bay Area/Silicon valley realized they could now work remotely and just picked up and got the hell away from the congestion and mess. So now prices are so high in those areas out of state one would want to live in that you cannot sell here anymore and expect to have a nicer place out of state. TX might still be a value compared with here although around Austin forget it........way expensive there now. Ridiculous what has happened. Another big factor is boomers from other states/midwest/east coast also are moving to the southwest for the sunshine, or FL, and it's like a free for all for bidding on the limited supply of housing.The whole COUNTRY is a shithole LMAO.
