Like you have been telling us for years....no BEEF no Trophy. Our lines got DOMINATED
Quoted for motherfukkin TRUTH

Shameful the way we let them push us around today.

The 3 1st half turnovers DESTROYED us. The only positive I'll take from this game, Philip doesn't let it affect him, he almost brought this team back from down 20-6.

Still, pathetic performance by both sides of the ball. We need to clone LT.

KC at home is always a nightmare. LT's fumble really set the tone early, and then after Rivers threw the pick we were playing on our heels all day. I am happy with how the offense came back, but I have to agree with the fact that safety is still a MAJOR concern, as well as depth on the DL.

Losing Phillips early certainly hurt, too. You have to think that he would have made a huge difference in harrassing Huard.

I think we really missed IGOR today as well. The front 3 could not get any pressure on Huard, who as usual, the Bolts secondary make a fukkin scrub look like Elway. UGH.

Igor and Shaun we're huge losses for us. Harris did a decent job, but we let a patch work offensive line push us around today.

I will add one more...why we can never burn a blitz
bec. we dont have coaches who teach how to pick it up :icon_shrug: When was the last time we picked up blitzed and stone walled the opposing D??? We also have no speed on our WRs for YAC...

Too bad Foley can't grow up and take responsibility at age 31.
We sure as hel could use him now!!!!

I do not blame this loss on Rivers AT ALL! We were totally outcoached and our lines were pathetic. Rivers miraculously survived blitz after blitz. Why did it take us 2.5 qtrs to adjust to the blitz? Hell many of us were screaming to run Turner in the 1st qtr to slow that **** down. I am sure Marty "teflon" Shottenheimer will weasel out of his responsibility again blaming the players but to my eyes it is pretty hard to block 9 guys with 6 blockers most of the game.
Rivers played as well as you can... u would have to be an idiot to blame Rivers.

L, u watch the Saints games - why is it that they can game plan for the secondary with far lesser players but we cant :icon_shrug: Wade has a great amt of talent but some how he seems above the blame? when was the last time our D bailed out the Team. Heck, after the loss they all act classy, "u should blame us - we didnt do our job" buts it just fcukin lip service...

AJ - WHERE IS THE BEEF???

Seriously everyone, it is NOT panic-time. Why do we do this after every loss? I could understand it against B-more because of the way we lost (a game we absolutely should have won,) but the fact is we beat ourselves against KC every bit as much as they beat us. We never win in K and they are playing for their lives, so it's not like this should come as a great shock. Yes, it would have been beautiful to finish the comeback, but I seriously wonder where some of you guys are coming from when we lose a game and suddenly none of the players who helped us win the previous games can play any more, they all suck, we need to start over.

Teams lose--even good teams. If we start losing close games at home, then I will worry, but if there were two road games we ALL knew would be hell this year it was @KC and @Denver.

No it's not time to panic. We've lost two tough road games, by a combined 6 points. 4-2 and were coming home for 2 games. We'll be fine.

Next week is scary because of the Ram offense. You know that they will score. But I'm confident that with the home crowd, the Bolts D will be back to form and Rivers will lead us to victory.

I guarantee Marty is gonna use the "You can't turn the ball over and win in this league" bullshit in his press conference, effectively blaming LT and Philip for the loss, as once again all the Charger faithful will show we are smarter than members of our coaching staff (CAPT. NOBALLS) a point to the obvious: the o-line got WORKED and our D didn't bring it.
