You are fired bitch. GTFO

Yet Spanos said Coryell ..... "quit"

Boy was Coryell pissed when he heard that !!!

"Chargering"
That was a BIG clue that the Spenises were a bunch of assholes. Installing Al Saunders as “Assistant Head Coach” and openly saying he was going to be Coryell’s heir, damn disrespectful and undermined him greatly.

I was at the game where Alex Spanos was introduced as the new owner. The crowd boo'd Alex's ass without mercy. The look on Alex's face was priceless. F'n beer cups were thrown at the owners box (Mine sailed wide right - shit.)

In a morbid way I am proud of the fans that are hate watching the team. Really. I just can not do it. The over the top passion is gone I fear forever. Oh well. F it. I get my pleasure dissecting the Dea Spanos lawsuit and relish finding morsels of Spanos pain. It's like stopping and getting out of the car to see the blood in a car accident. Screw the traffic jam. I want to see the blood flowing and lifeless bodies gone limp. Payback from way back. Don Coryell would be proud !

And Al Saunders was a POS. I forgot about that chickenshit move undermining Coryell. Bastards. "Chargering" before we knew that shit even existed. I so much wanted to shove an entire burrito truck up Alex's ass. Fans were happy to see the slovenly dressed Gene Klein go who was once mistaken as a stadium janitor. Fker got rid of John Jefferson to Green Bay.

Getting rid of Klein for Spenis turned out to be trading the devil you know for the devil you don’t know. Klein was a huge MFer and treated his players like his horses. Scratch that, he treated his horses better.

Another Chargering moment and the horses.

Gene Klein had a hyperbaric chamber to help his horses leg injuries. When the Chargers players found out about it, they got permission to use it.

Rumor has it the hyperbaric chamber smelled like horse shit.

"Chargering" at it's finest now with an aroma of horse shit. Take a deep breath and like it. ;)

What an asshole, I’m not surprised his horses got the technology.

Al Davis probably laughed that his lawyer’s cross examination gave Klein a heart attack on the stand.

That is appreciated. Because you too are an old timer inaugural type fan ( I think you said you were around when the Balboa Park Gillman days were in full on kick ass mode) then that is likely why you can relate to the haters. I think almost unanimously those of us who hate...probably 100% have significant history with the bolts in SD , starting WAAAAAY before spenis arrived so we understand the ridiculous transformation he made......starting with your perfect recollection of how that Coryell firing was announced. So many examples like that thru the years of how they treated SD. Any new owner who half way understood the history of the bolts in SD would NEVER have treated a SD legend like that.....then he changes the colors of the unis to the all dark blue and white theme.....hires Ortmayer, unfrikkingbelievable. Just stuff to piss off the fans who had been here for years. He wanted to make sure everyone knew it was HIS team now...so STFU SD. Dick.
That is LA's team now. I'm not sure how San Diegans can support an LA team. Dean created a schism in the SD fan base.....probably 90% don't give a damn about them anymore and 9% hate them like us and 1% full on continue to support them. Most of the support now comes from places outside SD and from some in LA although LA will always remain primarily a Raider town then Rams. I think YOU were also living outside SD in Elsinore area before right? Made some sense you'd continue to follow from there.

I miss the old days when all were on the same page. Hate dean/Love bolts. Long gone. Most as I said have just forgotten them and given up. Very sad. What might have been is history and Dean created a situation that was entirely unnecessary. He treated SD and his business like he treats Dea. Always looking to chisel and get the best of someone in a negotiation. That's what you do when you are building apartments. Not what you do when you own a team that represents an entire city and are therefore obligated to engender good relations with said fans and city if you expect support. Dummy, never understood business to begin with....I love that old story about when Alex was meeting with Al Davis trying to acquire an NFL team and Al was going to help them out and Dean spoke up and Alex ripped him in front of Al lmfao.....I forget what he said but Alex was chiding him for not understanding what was going on business wise. Here is a shaky guy telling his son he knows zip lmfao. What a family those greeks were. They embarrased me and I'm sure most fans in SD. I think they also embarrass the current fan base in LA who want them gone.

Wel thanks for understanding us haters.....and we likewise appreciate you are a longtime fan who was always there for however many years blowing the trumpet and hoping beyond hope that something would click and the spenii would trip over their dicks into a Lombardi one day. What a ride it was in SD.

And I likewise respect you for your uncanny loyalty and optimism that thing will somehow return to what they were here in SD. I was in full similar mode until the cheap little stadium got put down there and all deeded to SDSU. That took away my dream of what could have been there. For a while I was hoping Joseph Tsai would buy them out and build and develop that area for a multi sport use. Boy was that a pipe dream. I think he was being investigated for some spurious ties to PRC last I heard. Not sure how that went down but that sort of cooled me on having him as an owner. Then word was someone is developing Chula Vista now for the future big stadium....not sure how true that was or if it has progressed.

Anyway carry on and bring us news old friend. You were a stranger too long. You are welcome here because you respect the old guard. Good on you.

It’s amazing to me that as stupid mark Davis is about football decisions, he absolutely fleeced the state of Nevada, fans and the nfl for his stadium and relocation. Uncanny.
ha ha,,,,he and spenis would have been perfect partners in a Carson dumpster oil field fire.

Thanks for the kind words. I have to respect the old guard. Period. We broke break and wind together for years whether good or not so good.

I am positive by nature since this life is so short. May as well squeeze as much enjoyment as possible. Those were the tailgaters. Most fun you can have with your clothes "on". That trumpet stuff was for friends and fans and never about me. Never. I just had a blast doing it and especially with a few beers all hell would break loose. F'n eh fans could party. The trumpet was officially retired and will never be played for a Los Angeles team. Never. Last year my niece informed fans I would be attending the Texans game in Houston and would be pushing me to play the trumpet ..... the answer was "NO" and I told my niece to "never do that again". That is the only game I have attended since the Bolts split and I happen to be the area eradicating feral hogs at night (cool shit).

Yes I lived in Lake Elsinore. Sold the house two years ago and bought a 40' diesel pusher RV to split time between here and in Texas spending 3-5 months hunting every night with freaking awesome gear to go boom boom boom. Eradicating huge sounders (groups) of feral hogs at night on our family farm. Bastards are evil destroying everything so I destroy them back with 30 round clips and feed the coyotes and buzzards. Moved back to San Diego County (San Marcos) watching my 3 year old granddaughter grow up. Now my Sundays are family and not Chargers. The guilt is long gone if a miss a game. My hiatus from posting anywhere was suppose to be indefinite. I was done but I got the itch to cruise the forums and I found out everything got nuked. Gone. Skeletons left. Old forums look like a Mad Max movie these days. Then I found all you miscreants again & the horrors resurfaced. Gillman is a MOD. I starting thinking to myself ..... "did I tell that dude also to go F himself as well as a last post ?" LMFAO. I know I pissed off a few fans because I heard upon my return. Too F'n funny.

Enough of the thread high jacking ... this is about "Chargering" dammit !!

I got 60+ years of Chargering stories plus Harry O the K misses me.

Tally Ho !!!

Ha ha.....yes the old UT forum had it's family quarrels ....it was part of the deal, always has been , is now, and will be. That was nuthin re: the differences of how that whole stadium fiasco would turn out. Just to show you how much Dean's stupid move changed everything and turned it upside down......I was constantly in arguments about the front office.....I got into it with homers a lot.....I always called out the spanii and assjack smith for their stupid moves and let my opinion be known.....to the dismay of those who felt smith was way better than what we had before so don't rock the boat. Daron Edwards was always homering and he and I and others got into it LMFAO......pretty heated stuff. I started calling him the hallway monitor and this newbie lady/girl shows up and wondered what a 'hallway monitor' was. So I posted something I KNEW would serve as 'hallway monitor bait"....then said to her "just watch".......so he shows up in about 2 minutes flat lmfao!! Pretty much all got a kick out of that , I remember Chuck F (from NY) just rolled on the floor over that episode, called it comedy gold.

Well as it turns out me and Daron were exactly on the same side after Dean pulled that shit. His parents and mine were left holding the bag after years of loyalty and season tickets...So we bonded over that in a sense. And he and I and others were sort of quarantined to one thread...any negative posts re: spanos were not given freedom to roam the forum lol. I tried to get him over here early on but he just gave it all up and no longer wanted anything to do with the Bolts. Interesting story , was listening to KOGO on day and heard him doing the traffic report....lol.....made me yearn for the old forum days. Eh Gone with the Wind.....brave new world. Yeah we are an outpost after the nukes hit. We are surviving on hate lolololol. Great source of energy. Anyways keep the good stories coming....you always were good for a lot of laughs. That's what it's all about. Get away from the serious shit out there for a spell. Happy hunting with those ferel hogs...sounds fun!

PS...what do you do with the dead hogs? carnitas for everyone forever??????? BBQ??? Are they edible pork? Might as well put them to use if so.

The meat is sold as a delicacy as "Texas wild boar" at select restaurants in the US and in Europe if we wanted to go that route. Its great eating. All natural. As for the dead hogs, we drag to bastards to a corner of a 217 acre ranch we jokingly call .... "the family cemetery" and then we shoot the coyotes. The circle of life. The buzzards will strip a carcass clean in 24 hours. My wife saw that first hand a few months ago. It was a 300 pound feral boar I nailed the first night. Shit at the end of a one week I had more than two dozen hogs killed and stripped clean by the buzzards. Neighbor killed a 500 pound boar last year. These are cross breeds from European wild boars and domesticated hogs or mean ass mofos. A caregiver was killed a few years ago and partially consumed by feral hogs in her front yard outside of Houston. A 5 round deer rifle is not enough fire power when facing a sounder of 40-80 pissed off feral hogs at night so we use maximum firepower. AR-15's (I am not a terrorist). Farmers are losing millions to feral hogs so fck it we are fighting back.

After the Chargers lost to the Chiefs on Thursday night, I walked no more than 100 yards on our ranch and started eradicating. It was glorious. Each time I pulled the trigger I mumbled "FU Spanos - FU Spanos" or "that one is for you Spanos". My thermal night scope records everything including what I was mumbling. After our night hunts, we gather around the flat screen to watch recordings of how shitty we shoot and my Texas cousin asked me ...... "who the fck is Spanos?" The wife is somewhat nervous with the tick (just kidding about the tick) developed since the team moved but that goes with the territory. LMFAO

Oh and Chuck F......that mofo is a WARRIOR.

tell Chuck F I said hi... give him my best. Chuck was a loyal fan...we parted ways re: continuuing to support the team. Just different for someone out of state and someone raised on the bolts in SD since they first arrived. Everyone pretty much gets that. Interesting about the hogs.....wild boar....are those the same as javelina?? Used to see a lot of those up in AZ, Sedona. I'm sure they are all over the SW. Yeah good way to take out your frustrations re: idiot dean..... for target practice I'd just put up photos of those 3 stooge spanii and you GOTTA improve your accuracy.

how's about Rough Acres in Boulevard CA?
Gillman found Rough Acres, a failed dude ranch 70 miles east of San Diego, down a dirt road from the tiny town of Boulevard, Calif., and its one bar, and set the Chargers up to train there on the flat, dusty surface that looked like it had been cut out of a hill. But in the late summer heat, usually in the high 90s, the players didn't see the field for what it really was.
This was WAAAAAY before there was any 'chargering'......that era is sacred. Baron Hilton was the last decent charger owner. And also the first. The rest are junk.

I believe Boulevard is where the Chargers introduced anabolic steroids into American Professional Sports.

Javalina are tiny pigs. 30-50 pounds max. No real tusks called "cutters" to sever your femoral artery. These hogs are monsters. Last trip largest hog was 350 pounds. They average kill is about 250 pounds at 200 yards.

How does this translate into "Chargering ?" .... gimme a second ... fuk it .... it doesn't. Shit.

That was too damn funny. I backed Chuck F. as THE forum warrior challenging Old School aka "Old STOOL" in many battles. That was forum F'n off at its finest until someone got the ban hammer. *BOOM* and posters would scatter like cockroaches. At least my minds eye told me so.
Someone PM'd me (No names) and asked if we really served at the tailgaters jello shooters called "Rivers Piss Cures cancer". Of course I said yes and they were free. ChargerChick made them and I brought the sharpie. I think that was the same game TurboTurtle drank too much etc etc and needed an ambulance ride before the damn game even started. I hope that War vet dude is still alive. Yeah those forum wars were epic. Brees vs. Rivers vs. Flutie wars. Hell we had competitions to see who could get banned the fastest from the enemy forums. I did pretty damn good and came home with many badges of dishonor. The good old days

Tally Ho !!!
damn right, I do. And you need to know those who are still hatin' 29
hrs a day, 3674 flat earth days, that it's tough, very tough, but more like a religious calling. Something has to be done. An evil that must eradicated.
Look, some folks love rats, some folks study cockroaches, or list potential of
viruses. Our religious order wants the world free of spenisitis and its mutant forms. It's not easy but we never thought it would be.
