Tom Donahoe is leaving the Bills organization after five seasons. Coach Mike Mularkey still keeps his job, but seems to be on thin ice.

He brought in some good players, but he should have brought in better coaches to make the most of the players. He also ignored the O and D lines. The O line has been struggling since Kelly and the boys all retired and he failed to strengthen a weak spot. No playoffs in five seasons makes it very tough on GMs.

It looks like it will be a short bit before a new GM is announced. Many of us are speculating that legend Marv Levy may fill in the spot as GM. Owner Ralph Wilson takes over position as president and wants to get more involved.

There are a bunch of teams that could use Donahoe, maybe not as GM, but as a consultant.

Hey if Mike Mularkey gets canned, would you guys rehire Wade Phillips?
