The 1st two batters have hit their way on, we have a fighting chance to tie or take the lead.

Hader is warming, Melvin should've had him throwing once the first two got on.

Drop Carpenter, Cruz. Let Dixon stay here. Get Manny back. Any more
roster spots?

Trade Trent for Ohtani.

Do I have to do everything around here?

This would've been a horrible one to lose, especially after having led by 4 runs for several innings!
so which pitchers failed to hold the 5-1 lead??? That is a big issue right there in addition to the major RISP disaster. And yes, losing could have been another inflection point for the team in the wrong direction. Gotta go to Yankee stadium next.....that will be a big series. Take 2/3 there and maybe we have things going in the right direction.

Melvin just said Kim's x-rays are negative and that he probably won't play tomorrow - it's looking like we may have dodged a bullet with Kim not missing extended time.

Our two resident druggies, Pizza Junkie and Meth. Pizza didn’t even score an out.

Hill & Martinez are the ones that coughed up the lead - Hill started the 7th and faced 3 batters, and he didn't retire any of them, giving up 2 singles & a double. Martinez entered the game with the score 5 to 2, runners on 2nd & 3rd with no outs. He proceeded to give up 4 consecutive singles before inducing a pop out, a flyout & Sullivan's great play at the plate to preserve the 1 run deficit.
